Strong designer lineup at stockholm fashion week 9 – 11 february
Famous Swedish fashion profiles gathered to produce a welcome video for the upcoming Stockholm Fashion Week 9 - 11 February. This season’s designer lineup includes A Day’s March / ATP Atelier / Beckman’s College of Design / BLK DNM / Chimi Eyewear / CMMN SWDN / House of Dagmar / Diemonde / HOPE / Hunkydory / Ingy Stockholm / Jennifer Blom / Lazoschmidl / Lugot / Lexington / Magniberg / Rodebjer / Self Cinema / Schnayderman’s / Skultuna / Stand Studio / Stylein / Susan Szatmáry / Swedish Stockings / Weekday.
The format remains digital and aims to deeply touch, engage and enthuse
its audience with a strong designer lineup, an insightful and inspiring seminar
series focused on sustainability and diversity, and features from and around
the city of Stockholm.
The official Stockholm Fashion Week schedule is available here.
Brands will present mixed seasons and permanent collections, womenswear and menswear, in digital and live-streamed physical shows. The new normal fashion week format is clearly one without rules or restrictions, as opposed to the society we currently live in. And the truth is that we don’t know exactly how the post pandemic world will be, just that we need to change, to adapt and be open minded to new ways and solutions. According to the State of Fashion 2020 report by McKinsey and Business of Fashion the fashion industry has jumped six years ahead in time within digitization, and seasonal structures in fashion are changing and second hand- and shared economy businesses have developed and grown.
