Simon Colllins
English New Yorker and now resident of Shanghai Simon Collins is a global design leader. He is a design thinker, speaker, writer, educator, designer, founder, TV presenter, advisor, former Dean of Fashion at Parsons in New York, and creative director at Nike in Asia. He founded WeDesign.org a global design education platform and the salon and unconference series FashionCultureDesign.com. He hosts the Global Fashion Summit in Copenhagen and gives keynote speeches at multiple worldwide conferences including the United Nations. His views are featured in Forbes, Business of Fashion, WWD, China Daily and The New York Times.

Casey Hall
Casey Hall is an Australian-born journalist who has been based in Shanghai since 2007. Since 2017, she has been the Asia Correspondent for the global edition of Business of Fashion. In her work, Casey covers what is happening around Asia, but especially in China, in the fashion, beauty, luxury and retail segments. She is particularly interested in the changing nature of Chinese consumers and the ways in which their evolution will change the fashion world in the years to come.

Achim Berg
Senior Partner, McKinsey & Company, Inc. Achim is the global leader of McKinsey’s Apparel, Fashion, and Luxury Group. He is passionate about the fashion and luxury goods sectors, and has deep expertise in both. Over the past 20 years, he advised numerous leading brands, retailers and wholesalers, and producers worldwide. He has done so on a broad spectrum of topics that includes areas as diverse as sourcing optimization for a European multilabel retailer and a multiyear transformation of a leading global value player.
