Baroness Lola Young of Hornsey
After an extensive career in acting, Lola became a professor of Cultural Studies, a writer, broadcaster and cultural critic. She was Head of Culture at the Greater London Authority before being appointed an independent Crossbench member of the House of Lords in 2004.
Suzan Hourieh LindbergCo-founder and CEO at The Social Few, Scandinavia’s only insight-based diversity growth, and soon to be Diversity Tech Company. With a background of both statistics, tech, communications and business development, Suzan is determined to spread data informed knowledge in order to create awareness - regarding market and societal imperfections based on lack of diversity in perspectives. With 10 year experience within the field of data combined with inclusion, she has developed methods such as inclusive infrastructure and perspective density measurement.
