Emma Garrote Fredman
Emma Garrote Fredman is the Global Production and Sustainability Manager at Gina Tricot. With a background in production and purchasing Emma has been working with textile production since 2005, and has started Gina Tricots first production office in Dhaka and Shanghai. She is passionate about working towards a more circular fashion industry.

Johanna Norrman
Founder and CEO of It´s Re:Leased, a subscription based fashion rental service that representes some of the most well-known brands in Scandinavian fashion, such as Rodebjer, By Malene Birger and Stine Goya. Emma has a long background, over eighteen years, in the industry and was for many years a buyer and product developer within the H&M Group, and she was later on part of launching Arket.

Niclas Appelquist
Niclas Appelquist is The Absolut Company’s Future of Packaging Director and has been with Absolut Vodka and the Pernod Ricard Group since 2002, with experience from being based in China, Cuba and Sweden over the years. He has more than 17 years of experiences in the world of spirits marketing and innovation. During this time, Niclas has been leading innovation and marketing work for brands such as Absolut Vodka, Malibu Rum, Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur, Havana Club, Plymouth Gin as well as within the huge baijiu (white spirit) category in China.

Jenny Fredricsdotter
Jenny Fredricsdotter is a textile economist with more than twenty years of experience within buying and production from companies such as H&M and Gina Tricot. As a Circular Business Manager at Re:Newcell she helps businesses and suppliers with circularity with the help of Circulose ®.

Elin Larsson
Program director for RE:Source since 2020. Since 2018 she also has her own company Elco, as an advisor for sustainability and circularity. Driven by a passion for finding sustainable solutions for business and society and for creating change together with people in the whole ecosystem of the industry. Was a board member of Mistra Future Fashion for four years and an advisory board member for the UN founded programme, the Sustainable Lifestyles and Education (SLE) Programme, which is one of six Programmes within the 10 Year Framework of Programmes on Sustainable Consumption and Production.
