ALICE SVENSSON created her award winning collection Childhood Nostalgia and intended it to symbolize a melancholic but wistful longing for home or back to something lost, especially about longing for certain environments. In the graduation collection she translated textile and interior design references into concrete garments. She has handwoven many of the garments on her loom, with the intention to transfer an interpretation of the typical home textile to a fashion context.
